So, it was finally our day to leave L.C. & start home. We headed over the pass & took some time out in Creede. Before leaving, we called Doug & Angie to find out where they were on their journey Colorado bound(we knew we should be passing somewhere along the way Texas bound). We were 'convinced' to stop for the night at Fun Valley & save get a campsite for the both of us... and our overnight detour quickly turned into 3!!! We had a great time w/ Doug, Angie and Jake... Thanks to you all! Paddle boating, miniature golf, fishing, walking & campfires were all in the works, and we had an awesome time!(Then, we finally headed for home...)
